PTC Reborn Pack is the bcu pack wherein all custom stages, enemies and units that is made for PTC Mods such as Nova Pro, Battle Dogs and BCM are finalized and ported. If you are not familiar, BCU or battle cats ultimate is a very useful tool in simulating units, making units and testing stages. So each stages made was first portrayed in BCU before deploying to the real battle cats game.
